Online Parade Entry Registration Form

Registration Notes and Reminders…

1. All entries must check in at the South End Fairgrounds Entrance (adjacent to Millennium Trail) no later than 6:00 pm with the parade commencing at 7:00 pm sharp.
2. Entrants must fill out a registration form to be given a place number for judging.
3. Judging will take place during the parade by a panel of judges with prizes to be awarded to the top 8.
   Prize Categories:
   • Best Overall
   • Best Theme
   • Best Commercial
   • Best Non-Commercial
   • Largest Group
   • Best Decorated Animal
   • Best Musical Entry
   • Best Light Display
4. Entrants understand that photos will be taken of the parade and may be used in future publications and promotional materials.
5. NOTE: Candy throwing is NOT permitted from floats for safety reasons but can be handed out using walkers beside your float.
6. Parade ends at The Red Barn.
